How do I replace my locks?

Will my portable toolbox hold S.A.E. or metric tools?
The SM200B, SE250B, SE250AL, ME300B and ME300AL models have pegs that will hold either S.A.E. or metric tools. The LA400B and XL450B models have pegs for both S.A.E. and metric tools.
Should I choose a steel or an aluminum toolbox?
Steel is the more traditional material for toolboxes as it is heavier, tougher and more resistant to dents. Steel toolboxes are covered with a powder coat finish to protect the steel from corrosion. Aluminum, meanwhile, will not rust or deteriorate, and is also durable and lightweight. Our aluminum toolboxes have a rugged diamond plate pattern.
I have misplaced my owner’s manual. Where can I obtain a new one?

How do I obtain replacement parts?

What does the maximum product weight mean?
The maximum product weight is the total maximum combined weight of the unit and all of the contents. The maximum product weight for all portable toolboxes is 500 lbs (226.8 kg).
How do I clean and maintain my portable toolbox?
Periodically clean the unit’s surfaces with mild detergent and water.
What is your warranty policy?
Most of our portable toolboxes carry a five year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. If your product is defective, email our US support center at email@example.com or call 1-800-459-4409 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., CST). Claims must be filled out in writing and returned within six months of appearance of defect. We reserve the right to a thirty-day delay following receipt of claim in which to inspect the product. Please do not ship your product back to the store or to us unless we send you written instructions for return. In the event it becomes necessary for your product to be returned, we will notify you how to proceed.
