Limited One Year Warranty. If this Quality Craft product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one year after its original purchase call customer service at 1-800-459-4409. The company’s sole obligation is to repair or replace the unit. This warranty is void if in the opinion of Quality Craft the unit has been subjected to faulty maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident, any form of water or chemical damage or other damages. Proof of purchase is required. Variations in shading, veining, and texture which may result from natural characteristics of marble/granite and as such are not defects and are not covered by this warranty. Variations in actual wood color and finishes which may result from natural characteristics of the wood, such as grain patterns, mineral streaks and the like, are not defects and are not covered by this warranty. The warranty is for homeowner use only and does not cover units used in any commercial situations.
